Deposits

A $50 deposit is required in order to book your date. This deposit is non-refundable and is used to prep for your shoot I.e themed props, studio rentals, reserve your spot on the calendar.

Once deposit is received an invoice with the remaining balance will sent via email. Invoice must be paid in full the day before your shoot.

Choose a Date

You must book your session at least 1-2 weeks prior to needing the final photos.

For example: If you are shooting for your birthday and you want your photos for that day please book 1-2 weeks before your birthday to allow me ample time to edit and get photos back to you.

Session

Styling can be provided if needed, if not please share your outfit choices with me before the shoot so I can pick out location, props and style accordingly.

Sessions usually last 1-2hrs of shoot time depending on number of people in the shoot and number of looks. We can meet up and shoot at a location of choice or we can book your session at a local studio.

Studio Session

If you are looking to book in studio, It is on a first come first serve bases as the studio is a rental studio which is open to other creators. All studio sessions are based on studio availability. If we are shooting in studio there will be different backdrop colors to choose from as well as props.

Travel

Outside of Florida. We require round-trip flight, hotel coverage for one night and ground transportation of $100 for Elizabeth to travel to your photoshoot. This will be billed as an additional line item on the invoice. Our team will book Delta, Jetblue or American Airlines along with a local Hilton or Marriott hotel.

Turnaround

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us edit your photos and create an amazing gallery for you.

Posing

We will guide you throughout the entire session. We also enjoy candid moments! I want to ease your stress and let you know I will help you with posing! I will come with mood boards and pose ideas for your shoot.

Location & Concept

We are definitely open to discussing ideas and concepts. We've also compiled a location list to help get you started with your search. Use this time to really create something unique! We want to showcase your love story in your own unique way.

Feel free to share with us what you have in mind, such as a Pinterest board.

Makeup

We highly recommend using a professional makeup artist, unless you are very confident in doing your own makeup.

We strongly recommend scheduling your makeup/hair at least 3-5 hours before the photoshoot.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make the photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.

Editing

All delivered images will be enhanced via post-production.

This includes: High-End Editing, color correction, cropping and various touch-ups.

Prints

When your online gallery is delivered via email, you will be able to order prints from our online shop. These include canvases, framed prints, standout prints, and much more.

Efficiency

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. We always want to maximize the experience, and we cannot extend the time of the session if you are late. Of course, certain circumstances may be out of your control. In these cases, we are willing to accommodate if possible. Schedule your makeup/hair at least 3-5 hours before the photoshoot.

Running Late

After 30 Minutes of waiting and the client still has not arrived, your Session will automatically be canceled and there will be

No Refund.

Weather

(Applies only to outdoor sessions) In order to create the best images possible, we may reschedule your session due to heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.

Be prepared if there is more than a 40% chance for inclement weather, you will receive a call or email the night before to reschedule your session. The shoot is not officially postponed until you have heard from us, so hopefully we have great weather! If not, it's ok. We'll still make magic on a new date.
